    Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in a City firm in 1993, Victor worked as an aeronautical engineer for several years. Upon qualification, he was involved in a wide range of commercial litigation work. He advised several major airlines in contentious and non-contentious matters. He has advised on the setting up of a new cargo carrier service for the emerging markets. Victor handles a variety of commercial litigation and insurance matters in various jurisdictions. He specialises in commercial dispute resolution including technology, company/shareholder and professional liability disputes. He has considerable experience of mortgage fraud claims and multi-party litigation. He has advised insurers and reinsurers in multi-jurisdictional disputes and is known for his work partnering with a team engaged in public international law.

    Zoe trained at a West-end firm and was admitted as a solicitor in 2000. Zoe then joined Victor De Cruz in establishing De Cruz Solicitors in 2003.
    Zoe has a wealth of experience and a wide ranging civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice, which includes; personal injury and clinical negligence, commercial and contractual disputes, breach of directors duties, professional negligence and property disputes.
    Zoe is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

    Kalai qualified as a solicitor in 1996. He joined De Cruz in November 2006, having previously practised as a Consultant in criminal law, family and probate. He advises clients on drafting Wills including advising elderly clients, to helping families obtain probate and is frequently instructed by firms abroad to obtain probate for their clients. He represents clients both in aspects of Matrimonial and Family matter and in a variety of commercial litigation matters for clients in both the English jurisdiction and abroad.

    Colm has been a leading figure in shipping since 1967. He has been a shipbroker and a member of the Baltic Exchange since 1974. He is presently a consultant in the dry cargo market.
    Until October 2012, he specialized in dry cargo chartering in all sizes from 10000 to 260,000 dwt. For the past 20 years he was the Chartering manager for a dry cargo fleet responsible for in excess of 50 capesize vessels together with other tonnage of various sizes.
    He is a currently a Member of the Baltic Exchange and the Chairman of the Membership Committee dealing with Chartering disputes and resolutions. He is a Consultant (non-solicitor) to De Cruz on shipping and maritime law.
