About us
De Cruz are a niche civil and commercial dispute resolution firm of solicitors. We provide legal advice in both contentious and non-contentious areas of the law in a range of areas.
Our primary strengths are in litigious work in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and the various County Courts in London. We have reciprocal arrangements with other firms of lawyers around the world primarily in the emerging markets of South East Asia namely Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and China.
We value the relationships we build with our clients and take pride in the service we offer them. The majority of our new clients are recommended by our existing clients. We act for individuals, companies and Trustees.
We work closely with our clients to achieve the best outcome for their problems. We are an informal, approachable firm who provide value for money and have great flexibility in pricing our services dependent on the nature of the work carried out and in some cases on the client's resources too, yet at the same time maintaining the highest level of service and expertise one would associate with the larger more established firms in the City of London but without the excessive trimmings.
Our staff speak a variety of foreign languages including Malay and Tamil.
