Complaints Procedure


    We aim to offer all our clients a friendly, efficient and effective service at all times. We hope that you will be pleased with the work we do for you. However, should any problems arise over the standard of service that you have received or about an invoice from us, please raise your concern in the first place with the fee earner concerned immediately. Mr Victor De Cruz is the Client Care Partner to whom any continuing difficulty can be reported. He will investigate matters.  
    If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to do so by writing to them at;PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ, to consider the complaint. Normally you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.     Information about reporting an individual or firm to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is available on the SRA website. If you have any concerns about our behaviour or professional conduct you can raise these with the SRA. Please note that the SRA does not deal with complaints about poor service.
