Making a Will is sometimes a difficult decision to take for some. We encourage clients to make Wills. We discuss with clients about their intentions and aspirations and make practical and realistic suggestions to suit the client's needs. We advise on allowable exemptions and Inheritance tax rules (to complex tax-saving schemes and estate planning) and where relevant also advise on international Will making.


Often this is a very emotional and difficult time for families. We help families to obtain probate whilst at all times retaining understanding and sensitivity in what can be a stressful process.
